At Teatribe, we ensure that every product is packed with care and quality. To maintain hygiene, freshness, and product safety, we follow a strict no-return and no-refund policy for opened products.
1. No Return & No Refund
- No returns or refunds are applicable if the product box is opened, unsealed, or used in any way.
- Due to the nature of tea and consumable items, we cannot accept opened products under any circumstances.
2. Exchange Policy (Only for Damaged or Incorrect Products)
We offer exchange only in the following cases:
- You received a damaged, leaked, or tampered product.
- You received the wrong item compared to what you ordered.
To request an exchange:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Share your order number and clear photos/videos of the damaged or incorrect product.
- After verification, we will arrange an exchange for the same product.
- In such cases, Teatribe will cover the return/exchange shipping cost.
3. When Exchange Will Not Be Provided
Exchange is not applicable in the following situations:
- Box is opened or seal is broken
- Product is used
- Customer changed their mind after purchase
- Customer doesn’t like the flavour, aroma, or taste (subjective preference)
4. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
- If the order is already shipped, cancellation will not be possible.
5. Policy Updates
Teatribe may update this policy as required.
Any changes will be reflected with an updated “Last Updated” date.
